Alyssa Robinson - RideGuide & Training
Alyssa Robinson is an Albuquerque native. She has served in the US Army for 12 years and is currently in the New Mexico National Guard. She enjoys spontaneous adventures with her nine-year-old daughter, Ophelia, exploring new cities, hiking, biking, kayaking, and painting – to list a few things. Staying active and healthy is her lifestyle and she looks forward to seeing Albuquerque's bike infrastructure become more safe & sustainable – not just for recreation, but also for transportation & mobility – sooner rather than later.
Jay B. - eBike Tech
Jay's first job was teaching snowboarding at Sandia Peak. But in the off-season, he discovered mountain biking, then The Bicycle Maintenance Bible – and thus began his career as a bike technician. His first customer was his Boy Scouts' Troop Leader. Soon after, he created Mountain Toy Tune & Repair. Jay attended the Shimano Technical school via Trek University and has steady clientele that race XC, DH, Road & Cyclo Cross. Recently, he's branched out into New Mexico's film industry as he's taking care of his 92yr old grandfather.

Susan Gautsch - Founder/CEO
Originally from Albuquerque, Susan has lived in Hawaii, Chicago and LA, enjoying a 25yr career directing graduate & executive programs in IT, Business & Public Policy at USC, Pepperdine and Northwestern Universities. But New Mexico's visceral draw grew stronger each year – as did her passion (maybe obsession) for eBiking. During the pandemic, she finally returned for good – with the simple goal of supporting simple, sustainable & healthy lives through eBiking.
Robert Gomez - eBikes & Tours
Rob, a New Mexico native, developed a fondness for the great outdoors at a young age biking throughout the East Mountains. Since then, he has pursued this passion through various ventures such as his work with marine mammals off of the California coast, and his experience crewing submarine tours throughout the Hawaiian Islands. Nothing brings him greater joy than the opportunity to share the wonders of nature and the story of his home town with others.
Ginger Varcoe - Community & Ops
Ginger is a South Dakota native. Graduate of the university of Minnesota and has spent her career in social services. Ginger moved to New Mexico in 2011; she came for the weather but has stayed and embraced New Mexico for its people! Ginger is passionate about social justice issues and improving her community. Ginger has embraced Ebiking during the COVID-19 pandemic and is excited to educate people about the possibilities in New Mexico and utilizing an EBike!
