Cancellation Policy

Free-to-Roam eBiking reserves the right to cancel any tour/ride due to weather -- in which case, customers may receive a raincheck. In cases where a customer is not able to redeem a raincheck, a full refund may be given upon request. Cancelations made by a customer at least one week in advance of tour/ride will receive a raincheck. Customer may request to receive a 90% refund instead. Cancelations made by a customer at least four days in advance of tour/ride will receive a raincheck. Customer may request to receive a 50% refund instead. Cancelations made by a customer at least two days in advance of tour/ride will receive a raincheck. Customer may request to receive a 30% refund instead. Cancelations made by a customer less than two days in advance of tour/ride will receive a 50% off coupon for future rides/tours or a 25% refund may be requested.
